We are exceedingly happy with our Sapporo unit. Initially, there were marks on the doors, but Den & Now were very helpful in organising a replacement at no cost. It looks great and graces the living room with its elegance.

I simply love this pendant. It’s great quality and when the light is on it leaves really soft calming patterns on the ceiling where it’s shining through the natural gaps. Lovely in the evenings!
