Look great but we have had three out of 6 unravel along the edge seams. Complained and Den and Now refunded one as goodwill gesture but told us we must have damaged them which we haven’t. After looking inside the woven section on all are unravelling internally and it eventually gets to the seam. Very poor quality.
Hello Stuart. Thank you taking the time to leave a review and I’m sorry that you feel this wasn’t resolved for you. When you contacted us last month to say that there was a fault with two Tan Bobble Cushions (1 purchased in October 2024 last year and 1 in July 2025) this was investigated thoroughly by the brand’s Quality team, who deemed this as damage rather than a product fault. Please be assured that in 4.5 years of stocking these bobble cushions we have never received any reports of faults or issues with the quality of these cushions.
Unfortunately on rare occasions cushions can become damaged due to abrasion from repeated friction (sitting, leaning etc.) especially from clothing which feature metal rivets (e.g. jeans) or buttons and zips which can lead to snagging, catching or punctures, and can over time damage the cushion material.
Although the brand deemed this as damage rather than a product fault, as a gesture of goodwill (and as an independent, small business where customer care is extremely important to us) we were happy to refund you for the cushion you purchased this year.
Following your refund and from your response, we had hoped that this had been resolved for you, so I am sorry if you feel this was not. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review and I hope you enjoy the rest of your day.

Really pleased with the product, exactly as described and simple to assemble as just needed the legs fitting (best with 2 people).
I simply love this pendant. It’s great quality and when the light is on it leaves really soft calming patterns on the ceiling where it’s shining through the natural gaps. Lovely in the evenings!
Really pleased with the design and quality, exactly as described and arrived on time with minimal assembly required (although please note fitting the legs is probably a 2 person job). Very happy with these products and the service received.
